Preferred Partners earn 3% plus a $1,000 bonus, Trusted Advisors 3.5%, New Construction Specialists 3.5% plus a $1,000 bonus, Elite Partners 4%, and Dream Home Champions 4% plus a $1,000 bonus. Yes. Build-on-your-land referrals qualify the same way as custom home and available home referrals. If your client owns a homesite anywhere we build across Southwest Florida, the referral is eligible.
